A Group Helped by CCIF: Yorkshire Wildlife Trust

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is just one charity that has benefitted from CCIF funding located in this region. It is a charity that is dedicated to wildlife and wild places conservation, protection and restoration.

LNER's Customer and Community Investment Fund has helped Yorkshire Wildlife Trust to plant 3000 hedge plants and create 3 ponds in Doncaster, establishing a new wildlife corridor in an industrial part of the city. This will support local wildlife like birds and insects, and will support the local community by providing extra seating in the reserve and arranging nature walks.
