The costs (and risks) of recruiting are increasing. If you could widen your potential candidate pool by appealing to more neurodivergent talent, would you do it?
A local researcher wants to speak to you about your business's attitude to employing neurodivergent adults and the risks and benefits that you associate with hiring outside of your usual talent pool.
Business owners/leaders who take part in the research will receive free tickets to a 'Recruiting for Neurodiversity' training, information and networking event for employers in Harrogate - hosted by Disability Action Yorkshire, Harrogate NAS and InFutures specialist coaching.
Research interviews will be by phone/Zoom and last no more than 30 minutes. All results will be confidential and anonymous.
