Singo Bingo Night Raises More Than £2,650 For Dementia Forward
A charity Singo Bingo event hosted by Harrogate accountancy firm Wild & Co at Rooster’s Brewing Co has raised more than £2,650 for local charity Dementia Forward.
The event welcomed members of the local business community for an evening of music and bingo in support of the North Yorkshire dementia charity.
Guests swapped traditional bingo numbers for songs, with host Shane providing the music and entertainment throughout the evening.
The event has so far raised £2,650 for Dementia Forward, with the total continuing to rise.
Dementia Forward supports people living with dementia and those who care for them across North Yorkshire, providing advice, information, activities and practical support for families from diagnosis onwards.
Tasha Jacques, managing director of Wild & Co, said: “We’re absolutely delighted with how the evening went and, most importantly, with the amount that everyone has helped us raise for Dementia Forward.
“It was fantastic to see so many people from our local business community there. We’re very lucky to be part of such a supportive network in Harrogate and people really got behind the event.
“Thank you to everyone who came along, donated and helped make the evening such a success. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did.”
Wild & Co also thanked Rooster’s Brewing Co for hosting the event, Pizza Social for providing the food, Shane for running the Singo Bingo entertainment and representatives from Dementia Forward who joined guests on the night.
