75% EV Infrastructure Funding for Registered Fleet Operators

The Depot Charging Scheme provides support to registered fleet operators on the costs of installing charging infrastructure for electric HGVs, vans and coaches at fleet depots. Details here.

 

New Funding Coming for Professional & Business Services – Help to Shape it!

The Government have announced a new business support programme to assist Professional & Business Services Firms (PBS) to explore, adopt and implement digital technology that will help drive business productivity, innovation and competitiveness. This will operate across Yorkshire as a pilot project during the 2026/27 year. The pilot will offer grant funding, and free technical advice and training sessions for PBS firms to aid their adoption of digital tech. Have your say on how this is designed - two virtual focus groups will take place on the following dates: 8am- 9am Tuesday 30th September, and 5pm-6pm Wednesday 1st October. Details & booking here

 

New Digital Grant Update

This update relates to the new grant for up to £1000 for the cost of expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, automation, data analytics, cybersecurity, etc. The grant launched on 15th September and closed on 16th September due to being oversubscribed. Due to its clear popularity, more funding is being sought and the grant will open again in November and then again in January. I’d encourage you to register your interest for this grant so that you are on the list here.

 

New Programme – Starting Up Together

Starting Up Together is a peer-to-peer 6-month programme, fully funded by the Growth Hub, for those who are in the early stages of their business journey; typically, you’ll have been trading for a couple of years, or part-time equivalent, but your business is your main focus and activity. It’s a comprehensive programme of support and coaching for up to 8 businesses, to get your business on tract. Details & booking here
