New Chamber Members : Radfield Home Care

We are delighted to welcome a new member to the Chamber, Radfield Home Care.

Radfield Home Care is an award-winning, family-founded organisation specialising in exceptional care for older people. They support individuals across the region, helping them remain independent, safe, and connected in the comfort of their own homes.

Their services include companionship, personal care, dementia care, palliative support, medication assistance, post-hospital care, respite care, and long-term live-in care. Everything they do is centred around giving people more control over their later life, with care that is dignified, personalised, and genuinely relationship-led.

Radfield Home Care are proudly accredited by the Living Wage Foundation and a core part of their ethos is looking after the people who look after others. They invest heavily in training, wellbeing, and career development to ensure their Care Professionals feel valued and supported. This enables them to deliver consistent, reliable care for families who need support.

Nathan Evans of Radfield Home Care told us:  “Community connection is at the heart of our work. We partner with charities, local groups, and organisations across Harrogate and the wider district to tackle loneliness, improve awareness of care options, and bring people together through events, workshops, and social initiatives.”

We are sure that there will be many members within the Chamber who will find a great deal of synergy between their own organisation and Radfield Home Care.  It may also be that some members have family members in need of support.  We are very pleased to welcome Nathan and Radfield Home Care to the Chamber and look forward to helping them to grow and thrive.  Feel free to reach out to Nathan to arrange a coffee and find out more about this great local company.
