Harrogate Theatre : Your Event Ticketing Partner
This summer saw Harrogate Theatre partner with Freddie White to deliver ticketing, customer support, scanning and ushers for a major new event in the town.
Ibiza Symphonica lit up Harrogate Showground on 15th August bringing Ibiza to Harrogate for one wonderful summer evening. Mounting an event of this scale is a phenomenal undertaking and Freddie prioritised working with local charity-led partners from the outset, including opting to work with Harrogate Theatre to ticket the event.
Harrogate Theatre seamlessly scaled up its ticketing expertise and excellent customer service which has been developed over years of serving its own audiences and working with community event partners to act as their Box Office. Working in partnership with Freddie to be the sole ticket agent for a major 6,000 capacity event at Harrogate Showground was a natural progression for our expert team.
Keeping things local meant that customers had the enormous benefit of a personal approach. Harrogate Theatre’s friendly Box Office team were able to support customer on access questions, advise on the best tickets available and were there on the end of a phone or email for any questions. Freddie’s support for Harrogate Theatre as a charity contributes to the theatre being able to continue to provide a range of incredible live experiences for Harrogate. When local businesses come together on a new venture it supports local jobs, local talent and shows that a personal approach is a winning combination.
