Harrogate in Bloom 2025: Calling All Local Businesses to Showcase Their Floral Flair!

Harrogate, North Yorkshire – June 18, 2025 – Harrogate in Bloom is calling on all local businesses to participate in this years competitions and help make our town bloom brighter than ever! 

This year, Harrogate in Bloom continues its tradition of celebrating the town's floral heritage with a variety of competitions designed to engage the community and enhance our beautiful surroundings. We invite our local businesses to join in the Harrogate in Bloom Awards 2025   

The categories for the Harrogate in Bloom Awards 2025 are: 

  • Hotels and Guest Houses 

  • Pubs and Restaurants 

  • Communal grounds 

  • Residential Community 

And secondly, the Floral Shop Window Competition, in partnership with Harrogate Business Improvement District (BID). This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the town's vibrant atmosphere. 

Judges will be looking for innovation, the 'wow factor', and environmentally friendly features. Points will be awarded for planting, container style, and overall maintenance. 

The competition coincides with the BID's Floral Summer of Celebration, making it the perfect time to get involved. 

Entries close on June 29, 2025, with judging taking place between July 14 and July 26. Winners will be announced at the Harrogate in Bloom Awards evening on October 8, 2025, at The Cedar Court Hotel.
