Members are asked for approval for the management committee to take such steps as necessary to transfer the activities of Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce into a new legal entity as set out in ‘the proposal’ including amendment of the constitution.

Election of President for a further two-year term:

Election of Vice-Presidents for a further two-year term:
