Harrogate BID Unveils Full Programme For 2026 Harrogate Self Care Week

Harrogate BID is delighted to announce the full programme of events for the third annual Harrogate Self Care Week, which will return in February with an expanded and diverse schedule of wellbeing sessions across the town.

Running from Monday 2nd until Sunday 8th February 2026, the week will feature a wide range of free workshops, classes and experiences designed to support mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, while celebrating Harrogate’s reputation as a leading wellbeing destination.

For the first time, Harrogate BID is partnering with West Park Hotel, which will act as the main host venue for the week, alongside key sessions taking place at the Turkish Baths, Lush on Cambridge Street, and other venues across the town centre.

The week will open on Monday 2nd February with an acupuncture talk at West Park Hotel, followed by Lush’s Skintroduction workshop on Cambridge Street. In the evening, the Turkish Baths will host a hot yoga session, followed by a hot sound bath in the relaxation room – both new additions to the programme for 2026.

On Tuesday 3rd February, West Park Hotel will host a guided breathwork session in the morning, before a Children’s Yoga and Sound Bath session later in the day. Lush will run a Skin Microbiome workshop, and the evening will close with a joyful Dancing for Well-Being session designed to be accessible for all.

Wednesday 4th February will include a restorative Yin yoga class at West Park Hotel, another Skintroduction workshop at Lush, and a Self Development and Gua Sha workshop led by Harrogate Bee Social. Later that evening, Samantha from Fleeting Fern will introduce participants to the practice of forest bathing through an informative talk.

On Thursday 5th February, EOS Wellness will deliver a Reiki session at West Park Hotel, alongside a further Skin Microbiome workshop at Lush.

Friday 6th February will feature Pilates with EOS Wellness, a Qi Gong session at West Park Hotel, and a final Skintroduction workshop at Lush.

Saturday 7th February will see the return of the Children’s Yoga and Sound Bath session at West Park Hotel, offering another opportunity for families to take part.

The week will conclude on Sunday 8th February with Harrogate Bee Social’s Stretch & Soothe session at Go Yoga on Commercial Street.

Bethany Allen, Operations Manager at Harrogate BID, said:

“We are really excited to be hosting Harrogate Self Care Week for the third time and partnering with West Park Hotel will enhance the programme of events even further.

“It is so important to celebrate what Harrogate is famed for, while also encouraging people to try something new at the start of the year. The addition of new experiences such as hot yoga, cold plunge and a hot sound bath at the Turkish Baths makes this year’s programme particularly special.”

Places for each session are limited and must be booked in advance. The full programme and booking details will be available on Harrogate BID’s website and social media channels.
