Free Event On Protecting And Preserving Intergenerational Wealth
A Harrogate law firm is bringing together legal and financial specialists for an event next month that will examine the practical challenges involved in protecting and preserving family wealth across generations.

The event, titled Protecting and Preserving Intergenerational Wealth, is being organised by LCF Law and will take place on Wednesday 7th October from 1pm to 4pm, at The Terrace, Wellington Place in Leeds.
The event will focus on tax, pensions, trusts and estate planning pitfalls, alongside practical approaches to protecting long-term family wealth.
Partner at LCF Law, Hana Gwyn, will provide legal insight into trusts, tax and lifetime gifting, with a focus on how families can structure and protect wealth for the future. Partner at LCF Law, Liam O’Neill, will examine common estate planning mistakes and the risks associated with DIY estate planning.

Private client partner, Jelena Savonina, from financial planning and advice specialist, Liberate Wealth, will provide an overview of how inheritance tax works, including planning considerations around pensions, trusts and gifting.
