Dinky Dinosaurs Set To Take Over Harrogate As Popular Lego Trail Returns This Summer

Harrogate BID is delighted to announce the return of one of its most popular annual events, with the Lego Trail set to bring a series of prehistoric displays to the town centre this summer.

The Harrogate Lego Trail returns to the town centre on Saturday, August 1st.

The much-loved trail, fully funded by Harrogate BID and proudly sponsored by The Crown Hotel, will return from Saturday, August 1st, with this year's theme revealed as 'Dinky Dinosaurs'.

A series of large-scale Lego dinosaur models will be displayed in shop windows and businesses across Harrogate, encouraging families, residents and visitors to explore the town centre while discovering each unique creation.

The trail has become a staple in Harrogate BID's events calendar, attracting visitors into the town every year and supporting the local economy by encouraging people to explore Harrogate's fantastic retail, hospitality and leisure offering.

Bethany Allen, Operations Manager at Harrogate BID, said:

"We're incredibly excited to bring the Harrogate Lego Trail back for another year.

It's always one of the highlights of our events calendar, and the response we receive from families, businesses and visitors is fantastic.

The trail is a brilliant way to encourage people to explore different areas of the town centre, discover our amazing businesses and create a fun experience for all ages.

This year's Dinky Dinosaurs theme is set to bring something different to Harrogate, and we can't wait for everyone to see the fantastic models when they arrive."

Dan Siddle, General Manager at The Crown Hotel, said:

"We're delighted to once again support the Harrogate Lego Trail and help bring another fantastic family attraction to the town centre.

Events like this encourage people to spend time exploring Harrogate, discovering local businesses and making lasting memories together. We're proud to play a part in an event that brings so much enjoyment to residents and visitors alike."

Harrogate BID is once again working alongside the Fairy Bricks charity to bring the Lego Trail to life.

The charity creates unique Lego models and provides Lego sets to children in hospitals, helping bring moments of creativity and positivity during difficult times.

Bethany added:

"We're proud to continue working with Fairy Bricks and support the incredible work they do.

The Lego Trail allows us to bring their amazing creations into the heart of Harrogate while highlighting the positive impact the charity has on children and families."

Further details, including the locations of each dinosaur model, will be announced by Harrogate BID over the coming weeks.

The Harrogate Lego Trail will launch on Saturday, August 1st.
