Wellspring Therapy and Training : An Opportunity To Use Your Governance Skills
Wellspring Therapy and Training in Harrogate are seeking a volunteer to work as part of the Governance Committee. The Committee is a small group, who report to a board of Wellspring Trustees.
They meet once every two months to manage the various governance areas of the organisation, such as risk management, health and safety, information governance, HR policies, building and maintenance.
The Governance Committee would ideally like to replace expertise in health and safety management, which has recently been lost from the group, but would also be interested in identifying those who may have wider expertise in information or risk management.
Wellspring are a registered charity, established over 20 years, with strong Christian values. Working with adults and young people the organisation offers no or low cost trained counselling across a wide diversity of needs, at Wellspring House, in schools and communities across Yorkshire. Wellspring is proud of its commendable reputation, also offering national counselling qualifications as short counselling training sessions.
