Trailblazer Inclusive Employment Training : Free Learning And Development Opportunities

As part of the Get Britain Working Economic Inactivity Trailblazer, North Yorkshire Council are pleased to be able to offer a range of free learning and development opportunities to employers across North Yorkshire. The programme is designed to support organisations in creating more inclusive, supportive and productive workplaces where people can thrive and remain in work.

Feedback from employers gathered during year 1 of the programme, highlighted the value of inclusive workplace cultures in improving wellbeing, retention and workforce participation. To support this, we have developed a programme of learning designed to help organisations create environments where employees feel supported, valued and able to succeed.

In-Person Training

Two face-to-face training sessions will be available as part of the programme, and will be delivered at venues across North Yorkshire. An Employee Wellbeing session will cover personal resilience, wellbeing and mental health, while a dedicated Manager Skills session will equip managers with the knowledge and confidence to create positive workplace cultures and support their teams effectively.
