Stray Ferret Business Awards 2026: Celebrating Excellence Across Harrogate District
The Stray Ferret Business Awards return on Thursday, 26 March 2026, to honour outstanding achievements across the Harrogate district, including Ripon, Masham, Boroughbridge, Pateley Bridge, and Knaresborough. Sponsored by Prosperis, the awards shine a spotlight on businesses and individuals driving innovation, growth, and community impact.
This year introduces a new category: Family Business, recognising enterprises that blend shared values with professional excellence. Other categories include Dynamic Leader, Sustainable Business, Best Employer, Rising Star Under 30, Employee Appreciation, Business of the Year, Best Independent Retailer, Inclusivity Award, and Best Use of Digital.
Entries close Monday, 19 January 2026 at noon, and finalists will be celebrated at a prestigious awards dinner, followed by an after-party featuring DJ Mark Green.
The judging panel welcomes back industry leaders including James Rycroft (Vida Healthcare), Sarah Barry (Harrogate Town AFC), Clare Morrow (Bettys & Taylors Group), and Niall Gunn (Prosperis CEO), bringing decades of experience across healthcare, media, finance, and hospitality.
