PD Tax Consultants has announced its rebrand and rename to Stratos, reflecting the continued growth, evolution and strategic direction of the firm. The change marks a significant milestone in the business’ journey and reinforces its commitment to delivering proactive, thoughtful tax advice that goes beyond compliance.

Founded in 2013 by Paul Davison, PD Tax Consultants began with a simple mission: to make high-quality tax advice accessible for individuals and businesses. Nearly 13 years on, the firm has grown significantly in scale, capability and ambition — prompting a brand that better reflects what it delivers today.
“Our core discipline has always been tax, but our true value lies in how we help clients plan commercially, maximise outcomes and navigate complexity with clarity,” said Paul Davison, Director of Stratos.
“The name PD Tax Consultants no longer fully captures the strength, depth and purpose of what we do. Stratos is a clearer expression of who we are and how we work.”
Why Stratos?
Taking inspiration from the word stratosphere, the new name represents elevation, perspective and calm navigation — aligning closely with the firm’s purpose: Navigating the Way.
Stratos’ approach focuses on helping clients shape better decisions, not simply file better returns. Its services span strategic tax planning, commercial insight and long-term advisory support, underpinned by close relationships and a proactive mindset.
“We don’t simply answer tax questions,” Davison added.

Continuity for Clients
While the brand and name have changed, the fundamentals of the business remain firmly in place. Ownership, management, services and client relationships are unchanged.
From 23 January 2026, the firm’s legal and trading name is Stratos Taxation Ltd, with the same Companies House number (08826861). All existing contracts and engagements remain valid, bank details are unchanged, and PD Tax email addresses will continue to redirect during the transition period.
A Platform for the Future
The launch of Stratos is not only a rebrand, but a platform for the next phase of growth — investing in people, nurturing new advisory talent, and deepening relationships with clients and partners.
