Elevated Ltd helps business owners and organisations get great results through people, with leadership and management training that improves communication, strengthens teams and boosts performance.
Based in Harrogate and working across the UK and beyond, Rena partners with clients who want to build self-awareness, open communication and strengthen trust so their teams think bigger, stay together longer and achieve more.
Drawing on over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, facilitation and coaching, Rena designs and delivers practical workshops and programmes that help managers at every level handle change, have better conversations and create healthier workplace cultures. Her work is grounded in behavioural tools and real-world experience, giving leaders the confidence to apply what they learn back in the business straight away.
