Harrogate Chamber is pleased to welcome our latest new member to the group. Francesca Pezzino, founder of The Parent In You.
Francesca is based in Harrogate, and as a certified Parenting Coach and Life Coach with a background in childminding, she works with parents who want to raise confident, resilient children—without losing themselves in the process. My approach is grounded in the belief that parenting is one of the most powerful leadership roles we ever take on. Yet, it often comes with little training or support.
Francesca helps parents build strong, connected relationships with their children, understand behaviour through the lens of emotional development, and create sustainable routines and boundaries that work for their unique family.
What sets The Parent In You apart is the fusion of parenting and life coaching. Francesca doesn’t just support parents with strategies for their children; she also helps them rediscover clarity, confidence, and purpose in their own lives too—because when parents thrive, their children do too.
Francesca offers one-to-one coaching, group programmes, and online classes, and she is currently partnering with local professionals to bring this support to more families, including those navigating separation or family change.
