Jenni Brown trades the sofa for 24 hours of running - all for St Michael's Hospice
Chamber member, Jenni Brown, of JJB Office Services, will be taking part in a 24 Hour Endurance Relay Race on 4-5 July this year, to raise funds for St Michael’s Hospice, Harrogate.
She’s never run farther than a half-marathon before. The half-marathon left her catatonic on the sofa for two days afterwards. So, of course, she’s decided that for Endure24, she will run in excess of a full marathon distance as part of a team of three.
Jenni and the team will be raising funds for St Michael’s Hospice, Harrogate, - a charity that provides incredible care and support to people living with terminal illness, as well as their families. Their work goes far beyond medical care - offering emotional support, dignity, and comfort when it matters most. If you’re able to support her fundraising efforts, she’d very much appreciate it. She’s trying to raise £1000 for the charity this year and every contribution helps make a real difference.
