Improving Access to Parking Discs in Harrogate

Following concerns raised by constituents and local traders regarding access to parking discs for Harrogate’s disc parking zones, North Yorkshire Council has confirmed that the process for obtaining parking discs remains unchanged from the previous system under Harrogate Borough Council.

Discs are currently only available at a limited number of outlets, including:

  • Civic Centre, Harrogate

  • Tourist Information / Pump Rooms, Harrogate

  • Mercer Art Gallery, Harrogate

  • Jespers, Harrogate

  • Swan Dental, Ripon Road, Harrogate

  • James Barber, Tobacconist, Cold Bath Road

    Businesses interested in becoming distribution points can do so by calling 01423 556693. Once the North Yorkshire Council parking administration team takes the order, parking services will arrange delivery of the discs.
