Harrogate's Dinky Dinosaurs Lego Trail Prepares To Roar Into Town

With just days to go until the launch of Harrogate's much-loved Lego Trail, Harrogate Business Improvement District (BID) has revealed where visitors will be able to find each of this year's prehistoric displays.

This year’s Lego Trail is kindly sponsored by The Crown Hotel

The free family trail, proudly sponsored by The Crown Hotel, launches on Saturday, August 1st, with 13 large-scale Lego dinosaur models set to appear in businesses and venues across Harrogate town centre.

Families, residents and visitors are invited to collect a trail map from The Crown Hotel or Games Crusade on Oxford Street before setting off around the town centre. By scanning the QR code at each dinosaur location and collecting every letter, participants can uncover the secret word and return their completed trail map to Games Crusade to claim a small prize. Those who complete the trail can also enter a prize draw to win a £50 Harrogate Gift Card via the Harrogate BID website.

The trail is completely free to take part in and has been designed to be accessible, encouraging people of all ages to explore Harrogate while discovering the town's fantastic retail, hospitality and leisure businesses.

Bethany Allen, Operations Manager at Harrogate BID, said:

"We're incredibly excited to reveal the locations for this year's Dinky Dinosaurs Lego Trail.

"The trail has become one of our most anticipated annual events and we know families look forward to exploring Harrogate in search of each model.

"By placing the dinosaurs across the town centre, we're encouraging visitors to discover different streets, support local businesses and enjoy everything Harrogate has to offer during the summer holidays.

"Don't forget to pick up your trail map, scan the QR code at each location, work out the secret word and head to Games Crusade to collect your prize!"

Dan Siddle, General Manager at The Crown Hotel, said:

"We're delighted to be sponsoring the Harrogate Lego Trail once again.

"It's a fantastic event that brings families into the town centre, supports local businesses and creates a real buzz throughout the summer holidays. We're proud to continue supporting an event that has become such a popular part of Harrogate's events calendar."
