Harrogate Halloween Potion Trail Invites Families To Uncover Magical Ingredients This Half Term
Harrogate BID is inviting curious potion seekers to explore Harrogate town centre, spot trail clues and collect the secret ingredients for their very own imaginary potion during the October half-term holiday.
The Harrogate Halloween Potion Trail will run from Saturday 24th October to Sunday 1st November, taking participants on a journey to ten locations across the town centre. The event is generously sponsored by The Crown Hotel.
Families can collect a trail map from The Crown Hotel or download one from www.harrogatebid.co.uk/halloween. At each stop, participants will need to find a window sticker and record the Harrogate-themed potion ingredient it reveals.
Once all ten ingredients have been collected, completed trails can be returned to The Crown Hotel to claim a prize.
The participating locations are The Crown Hotel; Starling, Oxford Street; Søstrene Grene, Cambridge Street; Verity Frearson, Albert Street; Tap on Tower Street; Mama Doreen’s, Station Square; On the Rhodes at the Victoria Shopping Centre Piazza; Althams Travel, Cambridge Street; Harrogate Theatre, Oxford Street; and Harrogate Town AFC Shop, Commercial Street.

“We hope plenty of curious potion seekers will pick up a map, hunt down all ten Harrogate-themed ingredients and create an imaginary potion of their own. We’re grateful to every participating business for helping us bring the trail to life.”
The trail is designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore different parts of Harrogate town centre while supporting local businesses during the half-term break.
