The highly regarded agency has welcomed Daniel Rigg, Ed Shoard, and Sam Newby to key leadership roles, further enhancing the expertise and experience within the firm.
Daniel Rigg will be heading up VF Exclusive, the company’s specialist department dedicated to providing a bespoke, tailored service for Harrogate and Yorkshire’s most prestigious homes. With extensive experience in the upper end of the property market, Daniel will focus on delivering a high-end service to clients with exceptional properties, ensuring they benefit from targeted marketing and personal attention at every stage of the sales process.
Joining as Lettings Director, Ed Shoard brings a wealth of knowledge from many years within the residential lettings sector. Ed will work with our existing Lettings management team to oversee the continued development of Verity Frearson’s thriving lettings and property management division, strengthening relationships with landlords and tenants and driving further growth in this important area of the business.
Completing the trio of appointments, Sam Newby takes on the role of Sales Director. Sam’s extensive background in residential property sales and his in-depth understanding of the local market will enhance the sales department, ensuring clients continue to receive the outstanding service and expert advice for which Verity Frearson is known.
