Harrogate Chamber Partners with Artus Digital to Launch Monthly 'Step Out' Netwalk
HDCC has partnered with member business Artus Digital to launch Step Out, a new monthly Netwalking initiative designed to give local business leaders a fresh, active way to connect.
Held on the second Friday of every month, the free event takes participants on a one-hour morning stroll through Valley Gardens and into the Pinewoods. The event is co-led by Zach Greaves, founder of content agency Artus Digital and Press Officer for the Chamber, with the aim of encouraging relaxed networking in the open air.
Zach said: "Step Out is your invitation to start your Friday in the outdoors whilst connecting with people from across our local business community. Walking side by side naturally takes the pressure off, helping conversation flow. Plus, it is a valuable opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, get your steps in and enjoy Harrogate's beautiful green spaces before the workday properly gets going."
The walk operates with a simple goal, encouraging attendees to chat with four different contacts by speaking to two people on the outward leg and two on the return.
To keep the event accessible for busy schedules, the route is carefully managed to ensure everyone is back at the starting point by 10am.
Co-hosted by the Chamber and Artus Digital, Step Out is free and open to all business owners, managers and representatives across the whole Harrogate District, whether or not they are current Chamber members.
The first walk takes place on Friday 9th October 2026, meeting from 8.45am at the bottom gates of Valley Gardens. Click here for further details and to reserve your free place.
