Elevated Ltd Invitation: 5 Pilot Companies Needed For A New Team Development Programme
Elevated Ltd is currently looking for five Chamber member organisations (with an existing management or leadership team of 5-12 people) to act as pilot companies for a new team development product focused on: vulnerabilitybased trust, healthy conflict, accountability, commitment and results.
As a pilot organisation, you can expect:
A tailored diagnostic to understand your current team dynamics.
A series of interactive sessions (inperson or hybrid) to build the behaviours you want to see more of.
Practical tools you can keep using – like the “superpower” exercise – to embed new habits.
