Volunteering is designed to be flexible and manageable for busy colleagues: just one lunchtime every fortnight. Each delivery run typically takes between 1.5 to 2 hours, with meals getting picked up from the head office in Starbeck at 11:30 am, usually completing a round by 1:30 pm. This specific window makes it an ideal opportunity for employees to contribute meaningfully without disrupting their full working week.
