A new normal or just 'back to normal'?

As lockdown eases, we are starting to see a return to a more normal way of life. Whether it's a new way or just a slow return to old ways, only time will tell

There is much talk of a green recovery but on the one hand we are promised substantial government grants to help make our homes greener, whilst on the other we are being warned that 'road plans will scupper CO2 targets'. The pressure to get the economy moving at all cost is building and threatens those initiatives which are essential if we are to reach our zero carbon objectives. It is clear that we need to continue making our voices heard, raising our concerns and where necessary showing our support for the positive steps that are being taken.

Screening of the film '2040'
Wednesday 22 July 2020, Online 7.00 - 9.00 pm

Registration is now open for our screening of this award-winning documentary, which looks through the eyes of a father at what the world could look like in 2040 for his young daughter, by simply using the best of what exists today. There will be a panel Q&A session following the screening.

This event is free-of-charge but a donation towards set-up costs on registration would be welcome.

At the end of your booking, you simply return the car back into its bay.

As an introductory offer Zero Carbon Harrogate members can now join the club for £1, with no monthly fees and a driving credit of £40. A dedicated promotional code will shortly be sent to ZCH members, which must be used when signing-up to join the club.
