Main duties include
· Providing a professional and friendly welcome for all visitors
· Ensuring high service standards for all clients
· Preparing meeting rooms and providing refreshments
· Taking telephone calls & relaying messages to the team
· Opening, recording & distributing in-coming mail
· Maintaining stock levels & purchasing consumables
· Covering the afternoon receptionist, when required
· Preparing, franking & managing out-going mail
· Banking payments and maintaining petty cash
· All other associated administration tasks.
Previous experience desirable but not essential.
