The Harrogate business is one of the UK’s leading vehicle leasing and finance credit brokers. When it became the corporate partner of the Rainbow Fund, Synergy pledged to raise a minimum of £5k across 12 months.
The fundraising success will enable Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust to purchase a blood pressure machine and an exhaled nitrous oxide machine.
Paul Parkinson, MD of Synergy Automotive commented: “The Rainbow Fund’s work for premature babies and sick children is inspiring and our committed and caring team have thrown themselves wholeheartedly into the fundraising with challenges which have included a gruelling obstacle course.”
The Rainbow Fund founder and fundraising volunteer, Alexandra Vere, said: “Paul and the team have bowled us over with their series of initiatives and this invaluable and lifesaving equipment will make a major difference to the lives of the babies who so badly need them.”
