When Paul Rawlinson launched, his Nordic influenced evening dining offering calling it Norse so there would be no mistaking its Nordic influences; He was building on a popular café concept Baltzersen’s launched in 2012.
This month has been fantastic for Paul with awards and recognition coming from all directions. Norse has been inspected by the AA for the first time this year and been awarded two AA rosettes, named runner up in the Observer Food Monthly Awards for the second year running and included in the Good Food and Michelin Guides.
This makes it the most successful year yet. Chef Simon Jewitt and the team at Norse, including new chef Neill Mackay are renowned for having developed a creative, modern menu which has proved popular with foodies.
