Business Interruption Insurance - UPDATE

The Business Interruption section of most policies does include a non damage denial of access extension. The cover under this type of extension is usually limited and in most cases it won't (or won't intend to) provide cover for the current situation.

A message from Horticap

With the coronavirus situation becoming more serious, Horticap is continuing to implement government advice in order to keep Students, Volunteers, and Staff who work at the nursery safe and healthy. 
 
All of our students are now at home and we have reduced our staffing to only 4 or 5 each day who are coming in to ensure our plants remain healthy, keep up with maintenance and feed the chickens. With only a few staff on site, social distancing is not difficult with each person having their own work area.

Harrogate’s Majestic Hotel stays open for town’s NHS workers

The Doubletree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa is staying open for NHS personnel needing emergency overnight accommodation.

Working in partnership with Harrogate District Hospital, key hospital workers will be able to remain at work should anyone they live with family or others who need to self-isolate from coronavirus.
